Healthy Banana Pudding Recipe
So a few weeks ago we told you about the no sugar challenge we were doing. That challenge had some ups and downs and definitely did not turn out to be what we expected it to be.
However we still consider it a success, because we came up with this no sugar, no honey, no agave, no maple syrup, no dried fruit, no coconut nectar and no sweet fairy dust dessert.
It doesn’t look majestic or anything, but it’s a satisfying sweet treat.
Overall, we are grateful for this challenge, because we found out we can make a lot of recipes using just almonds and bananas. Now we read the last sentence and it just sounds sad.
Health and Beauty Benefits
This almond banana pudding recipe is simple, but rich in fiber, magnesium, potassium and also vitamin E – a great anti-aging vitamin.
We wouldn’t say that people who want to lose weight right now should make this recipe every day, but in case you crave something sweet – this is a good option.
Remember to soak the almonds, not only so they blend easier, but also so you can absorb more of their notable nutrients.
Hope you enjoy this fast and simple recipe, don’t forget to let us know how it goes if you make it 🙂
