So, lately we've been avoiding our stove and our oven, because we feel like we would burst into flames. It’s been hot and we've been risking our life and eating a lot of raw zucchini. Which means – we're quite desperate and dehydrated. We know, “in theory”, you can eat zucchini raw without being poisoned to death. But, we're still sceptical. Even if we've eaten them raw many, many times now. We're eating many things raw this summer and we're on a no-cook mission. Our cooking currently consists of peeling, opening jars, mix mix, blend blend and eat. So we have a no-cook meal plan for anyone who wants to eat clean the next 5 days to feel light and hydrated. You can use the ideas here to survive the heat.

We know There’s COOKED Chicken!
So here are a few tips, because you saw us mention chicken and other things that you might think you need to cook on a no-cook meal plan and now you hate us.
Don’t. Instead, use rotisserie chicken, canned beans and chickpeas to speed things up when preparing your meals. You can also add these things for extra protein to recipes that don’t have them. For example, if you want, you can add chicken or tuna to the 5-Minute Mediterranean bowl. Or if you feel like you want to add Parmesan or other cheese to a recipe, do it. However it fits for you, this is your food. We're just giving suggestions.
If have the extra time, you can also batch cook the chicken and legumes ahead for the week. You can even freeze them if you can’t have them within 3 days. We're usually suspicious of things that have stayed longer than 3-4 days in the fridge. Experience has made us rich and now they’re after us.
