Days 9 and 10 of the 12 habits in 21 days mission

10 days. Ten days of almost making it on this mission. A mission to the Miss Milky Way body. We just thought the Miss Universe contest it too big for us. Plus all the other contestants there have surgery, don’t they? Not that we care, but we're not a doctor and we can not perform a surgery on stage. So no thanks, we don’t wanna embarrass myself.

Seriously we've gotta get it together, because up until now the only habit we've made is the smoothie drinking in the morning. We've pretty much broke all the other rules like a high school rebel.“You can’t tell us what to do!” she said to herself and started making pancakes with ground oats. We must admit both things – a little crazy. In the past 4 years we've made so many different kinds of weird pancakes and desserts, which we mostly did not share with anybody but myself, cause even a bulemic street rat on a cleanse would find them weird and wouldn’t go around that mess. After those traumatic experiences we find oat pancakes absolutely normal, kinda boring now, but amaaaahzingly satisfying. And yes.

You’ve guessed it – we had them for breakfast after our smoothie (orange, grape fruit, water and a banana) yesterday again.

Butterflies and pancakes in our stomach. We love them. But, all good things come to an end. These pancakes as well. And after we ate them all we were too full and we only ate 1 time afterwards. Which means we only had 4 portions yesterday (2 smoothies).

And we blame these satisfying pancakes for this. It’s all your fault, youuuuu…oaty naughty sneaky pancakes!

So like we said we ate only one time afterwards. But we ate like there’s no tomorrow.

1. We made these lentils. Those were sooooooo good. Really good to us.lentils_12. We baked/fried some peppers.roasted peppers

3. We slightly (for like 30 seconds) cooked some broccoli.broccoli with dip4. We made a dip. But not in the sea, there’s no sea here. It was an avocado dip. Quite notable.

5. Mix it all up in a flat bread and eat like there’s no tomorrow.

We ate one of those breads and we felt so complete. And since we had leftovers, we were actually happy tomorrow never dies. We had this today as well. We had a completely vegan day today. But first thing’s first. Our smoothie this morning – cabbage, apple, lemon, orange.

We were so surprised, we didn’t notice the cabbage inside at all. We are one of the people who can not eat a lot of cabbage, broccoli or other cruciferous vegetables. And it’s a shame, because they’re all unbelievably healthy. So we'll try to have them more often from now on. Plus it’s winter, what else should we eat??? Tomatoes suck, cucumbers weigh 100 kg, rucola is molding…we don’t have much of a choice. So a smoothie with cabbage is a good idea – it was pretty tasty and meanwhile we love our smoothies in the morning. We feel we have a lot more energy now than last year, when we were only drinking coffee. Coffee sucks. We don’t think we'll ever get tired of saying that.

But it would go pretty well with this cake. It’s basically made with almost the same ingredients like the pancakes yesterday, but look like a cake.

Are you thinking, the same as us? Well if you’re thinking it’s that creative and that we're a genius with soon-to-be-Bar-Refaeli-body, then you’re thinking the same.

With this mixture wrapped up as a cake – we know we shouldn’t eat all of it at once. We had it 2 times (6 pieces, altogether!) throughout the day. Now we have a lot of pieces for tomorrow. And wasn’t full all the day.

So we had enough place not for one. Not for two. But three wraps with the satisfying leftovers from yesterday.

Needless to say – we felt happy throughout the day. We were walking on sunshineee yeeeaah! It’s weird how food can influence our mood. Almost as much as the sun and cute pets.

Nothing left for tomorrow, but we're thinking we'll have something similar. Can’t wait. You know you have a fat beast inside of you when you say that about food.

Exercises: Yesterday and today – HIIT. We love these workouts, because you feel like you’re working and you’re doing the most, that your body can do. We don’t like workouts where we feel that we're wasting our time. We don’t feel motivated by them. Time is valuable. Use it wisely. While watching The Mindy Project for example. We're kinda obsessed with that show now.

Sorry for the pics from yesterday, but no sun – no pictures.
